Kommo-o (Cosmic Eclipse)

All the Kommo-o which had released previously requires 3 Energy for decent Damage which is around 100 Damage. Even the Kommo-o from Dragon Majesty can reach up to 210 Damage for 3 Energy, the condition to get that massive Damage is not easy at all

Unlike those Kommo-o, the one from Cosmic Eclipse is going to be different. It is the best Kommo-o in my opinion. Kommo-o's Attack Scaly Uppercut has  90 Base Damage and this Attack does 90 extra Damage if you discard Pokemon Tool from it through the use of this Attack. This Attack require 2 Energy (1 Lighting & 1 Fight)

Pokemon Tool

Since Pokemon Tool Card need to discarded from it for 180 Damage, U-Turn Board is perfect Pokemon Tool for this Pokemon. This Item allows you to put it into your Hand when it is discarded from play. Thus, you will always be able to re-use U-Turn Board again and again. This will prevent you from running out of Pokemon Tool Cards.

Set Up

Because Kommo0o is Stage 2 Pokemon, it takes a while to set up. To speed up your set up, following ways can be used.

Hakamo-o from Cosmic Eclipse can be used to set up Kommo-o more quickly. Its Ability Fighter’s Roar allows it to evolve into Kommo-o on the turn it evolves if your opponent has Pokemon EX or Pokemon GX in play..

Another choice is to use Rare Candy (Item) to evolve Jangmo-o into Kommo-o.

 

Energy

Double Dragon Energy (Special Energy) can be used for Kommo-o's Attack Scaly Uppercut.
