Reshiram & Charizard GX's Attack can Knock Out almost any Pokemon with 1 Hit even Tag Team GX Pokemon. But, its Attack Require quite a number of Fire Energy.
Fire Strike Attack does 230 Damage and it require 4 Energy Cards to use it. Also, you can't use that Attack during your next Attack.
The other Attack Double Blaze GX Attack has 200 Base Damage for 3 Fire Energy and the Damage can be increased up to 300 if you have total of 6 Fire Energy Cards attached to Reshiram & Charizard GX.
Sometimes, you might not have enough Fire Energy Cards in your Hand to use Welder Supporter Card. To increase your chance of getting Fire Energy Card at the start of the game, you can put both Giant Hearth (Stadium Card) and Fiery Flint (Item Card) to your Deck. Fiery Flint allows you to put up to 4 Fire Energy Cards by discarding 2 Cards from your Hand while Giant Heart allows you to put up to 2 Fire Energy Cards from your Deck by discarding 1 Cards from your Hand. Especially, if you use Fiery Flint, it is 100% guaranteed that you can use GX Attack on your first turn.
Or you can use Kiawe Supporter Card to attach 4 Fire Energy Cards to Charizard & Reshiram GX but your turn ends after you use this cards. You can use either of your Strong Attacks during your next turn after you use Kiawe.

As mentioned, you need at least 3 Energy Cards to use Double Blaze GX Attack (200 Damage) and there is a way you can use this GX Attack on your First Turn if you go for second. This can be done with the help of Welder Supporter Card as this cards allow you to attach up to 2 Fire Energy Cards from your Hand to your Active Pokemon and draw 4 Cards. After you use this Supporter Card, you just attach 1 more Fire Energy Cards from your Hand to your Active Pokemon as usual. Increase Damage
As we know, minimum HP of Tag Team GX Pokemon is 240 so Flair Strike Damage 230 is not enough to Knock Out Tag Team GX with 1 Hit.
This is where Choice Band come in Handy. This Tool Card increase the Damage of Attached Pokemon by 30. So, Flair Strike Damage with become 260 which is more than enough to Knock Out most of the Tag Team GX Pokemon.
