Honchkrow GX is very good at disrupting your opponent's Hand due to its Unfair GX. This GX Attack allows you to reveal your opponent's Hand and discard 2 Cards from it. This effect can be very overwhelming if your opponent's Hand was left with non-usable cards.
Basically, your opponent can't attack or evolve and all your opponent can do is wait until the card he or she wanted is drawn. Then, you can start knocking out your opponent's Pokemon using Honchkrow GX.
In addition, Honchkrow GX Ability prevents your opponent's from playing either Special Energy, Pokemon Tool or Stadium Cards if it is an Active Pokemon. This makes your opponent's Hand limited even more. Most of the time your opponents will give up the game if he or she is trapped by these effects.
Another Supporter Card that goes along very with Unfair GX is Mars. This Supporter Card allow you to discard 1 random Card from your opponent's Hand and then you draw 2 Cards. If you use Mars during your next turn after using above effect, you can deduct 1 more Card from your opponent's Hand.

Evolving
To use Honchkrow GX effects as soon as possible, you also need to evolve it quickly. This can be done with Dusk Stone which allows you to evolve Honchkrow GX in your first turn.
Also, I recommed using Murkrow with Astonish Attack as this Attack allow you to choose 1 random Card from your opponent's Hand and shuffle it back to his or her deck and this will implement the overall objective of disruption your opponent's Hand.
GX Combo
If you use either Red Card (Item), Marshadow Ability Let Loose or Judge (Supporter) first and then use your Unfair GX Attack, your opponent's will left with only 2 Cards in his or her Hand.
Both Marshadow and Judge shuffles each player Hand into respective Deck and draw 4 Cards whereas Red Card only shuffles your opponent's Hand and your opponent draws 4 Cards.
As already mentioned, Unfair GX discards 2 Cards from your opponent's Hand, so your opponent will left with 2 Cards in Hand. And it is very hard to survived with 2 non-usable card for the rest of the game.

Ability Combo
As Honchcrow GX Ability prevent your opponent from playing Stadium Card, your Stadium Card will stay for the rest of the game if your opponent doesn't have Item Card or Pokemon Ability that discard stadium Card.
Parallel City Staidum Card reduces your opponent's Benched Pokemon to 3 Pokemon. This prevent your opponents from putting Pokemon with Card drawing Ability like Shaymin EX or Dedenne GX because if your opponent put those non-attacking Pokemon on their Bench, there will not be enough space for putting other main Attacker on Bench.
Energy
You can use Unfair GX Attack on your first turn if you go for second and you have Dobulbe Colorless Energy, Dusk Stone and Murrow in you Hand.
You can also use Honchkrow GX Attack, Feather Storm within 2 Turns if your have 1 Dark Energy and 1 Double Colorless Energy.
