Rayquaza GX's Dragon Break Attack does 30 Damage times the total number of Grass and Lighting Energy Cards attached to all your Pokemon.
The good thing about Dragon Break is that you do not need to invest all the Energy Cards to Rayquaza GX to deal massive damage. As long as your Benched Pokemon is equipped with either Grass or Lighting Energy Cards, you can deal massive Damage.
You may use its Ability Stormy Winds to attach required Energy Cards for Dragon Break Attack. However, the Ability doesn't work all the time since the ability allow you to attach Energy Cards only if the top 3 Cards discarded from your deck are Energy Cards and also even if you managed to discard 3 Energy Cards, these Energy Cards might not be required Energy Cards for Dragon Break.
So, the more efficient way is to use Vikavolt's Ability to attach Energy Cards which will be discussed below.
This ability is perfect for Rayquaza GX's Dragon Break since its Attack requires 1 Grass Energy, 1 Lighting Energy and 1 Colorless Energy. If you have Raqyaza GX as an Active Pokemon while using Vikavolt Ability, you can immediately perform Dragon Break Attack.
If there are more Vikavolts in your bench, you can use their's Ability more times each turn This will tremendously increase Dragon Break Attack since the attack damage increase with number of Grass Energy and Lighting Energy Cards you attached to all your Pokemon.
It is important to shuffle Energy Cards into your Deck instead of putting in your Hand. Because you can only attach Energy Cards using Vikavolt's Ability if there are Energy Cards in your deck.
Energy Recycle System (Item) allows you to shuffle up to 3 Basic Energy Cards into your Deck. Also, you have another option put 1 Energy Cards in your hand instead. This might come in handy if your still need one more Energy to attach for Dragon Break's Attack.
Apart from Shuffling Energy Cards, you can also use Brock's Grit (Supporter) to shuffle Pokemon Cards also. To use this Supporter Card, you must shuffle in any combination of Pokemon and Energy Cards. The total number of cards you need to shuffle must be 6
Similar to Brock's Grit, you can use Super Rod (Item) to shuffle any combination of Pokemon and Energy Cards. But the total number of cards you you need to shuffle become 3.
