Overview
Blaziken VMAX [Rapid Strike] will be used to mainly attach Energy to Rapid Strike Pokemon and knock out low HP Pokemon. This is because its attack, Max Blaze does 130 Damage and allow you to attach Energy [Special Energy or Basic Energy] to 2 of your Rapid Strike Pokemon. This will surely accelerate your Energy set up for your main attacker and you only need 2 Colorless Energy to use this attack.
On the other hand, Zeraora V will be your main Pokemon to take Prize Cards. Although Its attack, Cross Fist has only 100 Base Damage, it deals another 160 Damage to 1 of your opponent's Bench Pokemon if any of your Rapid Strike Pokemon attacked during your last turn. So, you can easily knock out support Pokemon like Dedenne GX [160 HP] and take 2 Prize Cards using Cross Fist attack. UnlikeRapid Strike Urshiful VMAX, you also don't need to discard an Energy from Zeraora V after you use its attack. Probably, these reasons make Zeraora V is the best bench sniper so far in standard format.
You need 1 Lightning Energy and 2 Colorless Energy to use Cross Fist and you can use Blaziken VMAX attacks, Max Blaze to attach extra Energy to 2 Zeraora V on bench as mentioned earlier.
Bench Damage
160 Damage from Zeraora V attack, Cross Fist might not be enough to OHKO some of the support Pokemon.like Crobat V [180 HP]. So, you need to further increase its snipe damage. With Telescopic Signt [30 extra Damage] and Pasimian [Rapid Strike] Ability [30 extra Damage], Throwing Coach, Cross Fist Snipe Damage can become 190 which is strong enought to OHKO all Support Pokemon.
Energy
Rapid Strike Energy will provide 2 Colorless Energy requirement for Zeraora V attack, Crossfist. In addition, if you manage to discard Rapid Strike Energy from your hand, you can use Blaziken VMAX attack, Max Blaze to attach Rapid Strike Energy to Zeraora V.
Since you can only put 4 Rapid Strike Energy Cards in your deck, you might find quite difficult to find it. To increase your chance of getting Rapid Strike Energy in your hand as early as possible, you can use Octillery [Rapid Strike] Ability, Rapid Strike Search to find it. This Ability can also be used to find other Rapid Strike Cards depending on your need.
For Electric Energy requirement for Cross Fist attack, you can use Tapu Koko [Prism Star] Ability, Dance of the Ancients to attach 1 Electric Energy to your 2 Benched Zeraora V from your discard pile.
Useful Item
Echoing Horn might come in handy when your opponent have a Basic Pokemon like Dedenne GX or Crobat V in his or her discard pile. Then, you can use Echoing Horn effect to put 1 of those Basic Pokemon to your opponent's Bench and snipe that Pokemon with your Zeraora V to gain 2 Prize Cards.
