Ultra Necrozma's Attack Luster of Downfall is one of the best Attacks based on my experience. Attack has very Huge Base Damage of 170 and you only need 2 Energy (1 Metal and 1 Psychic) to use it. In addition, this Attack allows you to discard an Energy from your opponent's Active Pokemon.
Unlike other High Damage Attacks for few Energy Costs which you usually need to discard Energy Cards or put Damage Counters on your Pokemon, Luster of Downfall does't have these kinds of negative effects. However, you can only use this Attack if your opponent has 2 or fewer Prize Cards remaining because of its Ability Ultra Burst. This can be easily overcome with Ability Block Cards so that you can use Luster of Downfall every turn.

Ability Lock
If you can also block your opponent's Pokemon Abilities, you will definitely have advantages over your Pokemon. Mostly, your opponent put Pokemon with Abilities in his or her Deck for using those Abilities. If your opponent can't use those Abilities, his or her strategies will become less effective to counter against you. Here are Cards that block Abilites of all Pokemon in play.
Silient Lab (Stadium) is the easiest to set up among the Ability Block Cards. This Stadium only block Abilities of Basic Pokemon. Since it is Stadium Card, it can be removed from Field easily with another Stadium Cards.
Alolan Muk's Ability Power of Alchemy has the exact same effect Silent Lab. It takes 2 Turns to set this Pokemon. The great thing about having Pokemon to block Ability is that it can't be removed from the Field easily.
Garbordor's Ability Garbotoxin blocks all Pokemon Abilities. But you need to attach Pokemon Tool to it in order to use this Ability. You can use Float Stone (Pokemon Tool) since it make Garordor's Retreat Cost become 0.
Energy
Attaching Double Dragon Energy allows you to use Luster of Downfall within 1 Turn.
Supporter
TAG TEAM Supporter, Guzma & Hala is perfect card for Ultra Necrozma Ability Lock Deck. This Supporter allows you to put Stadium, Pokemon Tool and Special Energy into your Hand from your Deck by discarding 2 Cards from your Hand. If you go for second, you can use this card to setup all the required cards (Silent Lab and Double Dragon Energy) for Ultra Necrozma and start attacking during your first turn.
