Wishiwashi GX's Attack Schooling Storm does 20 Damage times total number of your Wishiwashi and Wishiwashi-GX in play. The Attack requires 2 Energy to use it (Water Energy and Colorless Energy).
Schooling Storm can deal up to 120 Damage if there are total of 6 in any combination of Wishiwashi and Wishiwashi-GX in play. This Damage can be further increased with help of Pokemon and Trainer Cards which will be discussed below.

Increase Damage
Wishiwashi's Ability Meet Up increases the HP and Damage of Wishiwashi GX in play by 20 HP and 20 HP Damage. You Wishiwashi GX will get extra 80 HP and 80 Damage if there are 4 Wishiwashi with Ability Meet Up on your Bench. With this Set Up, you Wishiwashi GX will have 210 HP and its Aattack Schooling School Max Damage becomes 200 Damage.
The Max Damage of School Storm can be further increased with Sky Field (Stadium). This Stadium allows you to have 8 Benched Pokemon which means you can put another 3 More Wishiwashi and/or Wishiwashi GX on your Bench. This increases Schooling Storm Damage by 60 Damage. The final Max Damage of School Storm becomes 260 Damage for 2 Energy.
Set Up
Either Brigette (Supporter) or Professor Elm's Lecture (Supporter) can be use for quick setting up 3 Wishiwashi on your Bench.
Nest Ball (Item) can be used to put either Wishiwashi or Wishiwashi GX on your Bench
Prevent Snipe Damage
Although Wishiwashi are great Supporting Pokemon, they are very weak (30 HP) and they can easily become free Prize Card for your opponent when your opponent has Pokemon with Snipe Attack. To prevent this, Mew with Ability Bench Barrier or Mr.Mime with Ability Bench Barrier can be used. As long as these Pokemon are in play, they will prevent all Damage done to your Benched Pokemon.
Take note that putting Mew or Mr.Mime on your Bench will reduce your School Storm Max Damage by 20.
