Venomoth GX (Unbroken Bonds)

Venomoth GX Attack Shinobi Mastery has Base Damage of 110 and an extra effect after using specific Supporter (Koga's Trap or Janine).

If Koga's Trap (Supporter) is played during your turn, Shinobi Mastery Attack Damage become 200. On the other hand, if Janine (Supporter) is played during your turn, Venomoth GX will immune to any damage from your opponent's Basic Pokemon during next turn.

Trainers

Playing Koga's Trap not only increases the Damage of Shinobi Mastery, also Confuses and Poisons your opponent's Active Pokemon. Since this Supporter can confuse your opponent's Active Pokemon,  there is a chance that your opponent's Active Pokemon might miss its Attack.

Shinobi Mastery Damage can be further increase to 230 by equipping Choice Band (Item) to Venomoth GX. If you include the 10 Damage Counters from Poison, the Damage is actually 240 which is strong enough to Knock Out some of the TAG TEAM GX Pokemon. Note that Choice Band is only works for your opponent's Active GX or EX Pokemon.

Playing Janine will prevent any Damage to Venomoth GX from your opponent's Basic Pokemon and also you can look at the top 4 Cards of your Deck and put 2 of them into your Hand. This increase your chance of getting another Janine or Koga's Trap from your Deck.

Since having Koga's Trap or Jannie is very important for Venomoth GX, Pokegear 3.0 (Item) can be used to increase your chance of getting those cards. This Item allows you to look at top 7 Cards of your Deck and put a Supporter you found there into your Hand.

Evolve

Cherish Ball can be used to put Venomoth GX into your Hand for quick evolving.

Energy

Because Shinobi Mastery Attack costs 1 Grass Energy and 2 Colorless Energy, Double Colorless Energy (Special Energy) can be attached to provide 2 Energy.
