Dragagle Attack Poison Cultivation Poisons put 10 damage counters on your opponent's Active Pokemon instead of 1 on that Pokémon between turns if it is Poisoned. 1 Psychic Energy is required to used this Attack.
Dragagle Poison Damage Counter is much better than both Muk & Alolan Muk GX Attack Severe Poison (8 Damage Counter) and Toxapex Attack Super Intense Poison (10 Damage Counter). Although both of these Pokemon have high Poison Damage, their Attack require 3 Energy to use it (1 Psychic Energy & 2 Colorless Energy for Muk & Alolan Muk GX and 3 Psychic Energy for Toxapex GX). This will makes Dragagle more demanding for Poison Deck due to fast set up and high Poison Damage enhancement.

Poison
Your opponent's Pokemon need to be Poisoned before using Poison Cultivation since this Attack doesn't Poison your opponent's Active Pokemon rather it work as Poison enhancement. Here are few ways you can Poison your opponent's Active Pokemon before using Poison Cultivation.
Ariados's Ability Poisonous Nest allows you to Poison your opponent's Pokemon. However, this Ability will also Poison your Dragalge. To prevent Dragalge from being Poisoned, Sparkling Robe (Item) can be attached to it. This Item will remove all existing Special Conditions from your Pokemon. In other words, your Dragalge will no longer be effected by any Special Condition.
Tho other way to Poison your opponent's Active Pokemon is using Trainers.
- Koga's Tap (Supporter) allows you to Poison and Confuse your opponent's Active Pokemon.
- Hynotoxic Laser allows you to Poison your opponent's Active Pokemon. In addition, your opponent's Active Pokemon is Asleep if you get Head from flipping a Coin.
Increase Poison Damage
Seviper's Ability More Poison allows you to put 1 more Damage Counter on your opponent's Poisoned Pokemon. With 4 Seviper, you will be able to put 4 more Damage Counter.
Virbank City Gym (Stadium) allows you to put 2 more Damage Counter on your opponent's Poisoned Pokemon.
If all theses cards are able to set up, total of 16 Damage Counters can be put on your opponent's Poisoned Pokemon from Poison Cultivation Attack.
