Gardevoir GX's Attack Infinite Force does 30 Damage times the total amount of Energy Cards attached to both Active Pokemon. So, the more Energy Cards attached to both your Active Pokemon and your Opponent's Active Pokemon, the greater the Damage from Infinite Force is.
However, you can't really control the amount of Energy Cards attached to your Opponent Active Pokemon since your opponent has an option to not to attach Energy Cards to his or her Active Pokemon. So, the best way to increase Damage from Infinite Force is to attach as many as Energy Cards to Gardevoir GX.
Using its Ability Secret Spring, you can attach extra 1 Fairy Energy Cards during each time. Thus, you can attach 2 Energy Cards during your each turn.
Super Boost Energy will provide 4 Energies to Gardevoir GX if you have at Three Stage 2 Pokemon in play. So, attaching this one Energy Card will increase Damage of Infinite force by 120 (30*4). Take not that, if you have less than Three Stage 2 Pokemon in play, this card will only provide only 1 Energy
Double Colorless Energy card will provide 2 Energies to Gardevoir GX which will increase the Damage of Inifinite Force by 60. (30*2)
