Overview
Galarian Mr.Rime has an interest Attack, Juggling Ball which cost 2 Colorless Energy and has 10 Base Damage and does extra 40 more Damage for each Ball Item Card discarded from your Hand. This simple attack has a very high chance to cause massive damage if you have right cards in your Deck to increase your chance of getting Ball Item Cards.
To One Hit KO VMAX Pokemon with very high HP like Eternatus VMAX (340 HP), you will need to discard at least 8 Ball Item Cards from your Hand (330 Damage) and to get additional extra 10 Damage from Vitality Band. Hopefully, we can deal massive Damage around 300 or 400 with the strategy I provided.
In terms of set up, Mr. Rime is not very difficult to evolve at all since it is a Stage 1 Pokémon. In addition, Juggling Ball also cost only 2 Colorless Energy.
Searching Ball Item Cards
Ball Guy (Supporter) from Shiny Star V is probably the best card to find Ball Item Cards from your Deck. This card allows you to search 3 different Ball Item Cards from your Deck and then reveal those Cards and put those into your Hand. With this your Juggling Ball will deal more extra 120 Damage.
Another great card to search Ball is Yamper from Single Strike Master Expansion. This little puppy has the Ability call Fetch the Ball and this Ability allows you to put 1 Poke Ball and 1 Great Ball from your Discard Pile into your Hand once per turn when you play this Pokemon from your Hand onto your Bench. With this Ability, you don't have to worry about running out of your Ball Items to use Juggling Ball Attack. So, one Yamper's Ability can increase extra 60 Damage for Juggling Ball Attack.
Scoop Up Net (Item Card) is good for keep re-using Yamper Ability to increase number of Ball Item Cards in your Hand.
Last Pokemon for searching Ball Item is Galarian Mr.Mime from Rapid Strike Master Expansion which is also a pre-evolution of Galarian Mr.RIme. It's attack Search allow you to find 1 Item Card from your Deck and it cost 2 Colorless Energy whcih is the same cost as Juggling Ball Attack.
Balls
In addition to increase Damage of Juggling Ball Attack, different Ball Item can be used to set up your desired Pokemon. Especially, you don't have to worry too much about using Poke Ball and Great Ball as those Item Cards can be recycled using Yamper's Ability Fetch the Ball.
Energy
Twin Energy is perfect card for Galarian Mr.Rime's Juggling Ball since you can attack immediately after attaching this card to Mr. Rime. Alternatively, you can use Triple Acceleration Energy Card to use Mr.RIme's Juggling Ball. But, make sure that you have enough Ball Item Cards in your Hand to Knock Out your opponent's Active Pokemon before attaching Triple Acceleration Energy.
